1. General:

1.1 These agreements may be updated without prior notice, it is suggested to read them carefully.- Said updates will be applicable to all commissions made and to be made, except for those cases in which there is a verifiable agreement with the client.1.2 The order can be rejected for any reason, and in turn it will not be mandatory to indicate said reason to the client.
1.3 WIP’s will be sent only if requested in advance.
1.4 If the client wants something specific (Expression / background / pose, etc.), it must be specified in the commission request.- If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the client wanted it to have, but it was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.
- Making changes to the drawing after completion (for reasons unrelated to a mistake made by Sugard), will only be possible with an extra payment.1.5 Commissions are made in the order in which they were paid.
1.6 I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
1.7 NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
1.8 Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

2. Payment:

2.1 The only accepted method of payment is PayPal.2.2 It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.2.3 Drawing will not start until payment is received.2.4 Prices will not be reduced, any attempt to haggle will be grounds for rejection of the order.2.5 Complex or highly detailed characters may require an increase in the base order price.2.6 The base prices of the commissions are per character, not the fund. If a background has not been specified or paid for (if required according to its complexity), the drawing will be delivered in Transparent PNG or with a Simple Color background.

3. Refunds:

3.1 A full refund will only be made if work has not been started. If the work was started but not completed, the refund will be partial to what was worked.3.2 The errors made by Sugard will be corrected free of charge (this at the WIP stage), regardless of when they were made.

4. Use:

4.1 Sugard retains the rights to each image produced, payment is for the creation of a custom work, not for transferring the rights to such work.
4.2 The final work may be published by Sugard on any of its social networks or pages (always indicating that said drawing is a commission), unless otherwise specified.- The work will not be used by Sugard for resale through digital or physical products, unless explicit permission or request is granted.4.3 Drawings may be published on other websites by the commissioner if credit is given to Sugard.4.4 Any commission made by Sugard is for personal or non-profit use only, unless otherwise discussed. The client should not take advantage of the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.4.5 Commercial Use Commissions do not transfer authorship of the work.4.6 The client is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use any of my unpurchased work without my permission.- Any edit made to one of my works bought by you DO NOT invalidate the obligation to give credits and link back to me.4.7 In the case of adoptables or YCH, you retain the rights to the character design but not to the authorship of the drawing base.

5. Work Speed / Deadlines:

5.1 You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.5.2 I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a time allowance.5.3 If due dates are discussed, it is also the client's responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery if no response is given while waiting for feedback.5.4 No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.5.5 I will work on commissions randomly. This means I will work on the piece I'm the most inspired/ comfortable with at the moment.5.6 You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.

Dependiendo del estilo que elija, se le impedirá pedir ciertas cosas. Para más información, lea las tablas «Qué hago y qué no hago».

Al ordenar una comisión, usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:
En el siguiente texto, mi persona (Shugar_demon) será representada como «Sugard» y el cliente o clientes serán representados como «cliente», con el fin de una mejor comprensión de este acuerdo.

1. General:

1.1 Estos acuerdos pueden ser actualizados sin previo aviso, por lo que se sugiere leerlos atentamente.- Dichas actualizaciones serán aplicables a todas las comisiones realizadas y por realizar, salvo en aquellos casos en los que exista un acuerdo verificable con el cliente.1.2 El pedido puede ser rechazado por cualquier motivo, y a su vez no será obligatorio indicar dicho motivo al cliente.
1.3 Los WIP sólo se enviarán si se solicitan con antelación.
1.4 Si el cliente desea algo específico (expresión / fondo / pose, etc.), deberá especificarlo en la solicitud de encargo.- Si al resultado final del dibujo le falta algo que el cliente quería que tuviera, pero no se indicó al hacer el pedido, no se efectuará ningún reembolso.
- Realizar cambios en el dibujo después de su finalización (por razones no relacionadas con un error cometido por Sugard), sólo será posible con un pago extra.1.5 Las comisiones se realizan por orden de pago.
1.6 No permito que mi arte se utilice para fines de AI y similares. Por favor, no lo suba a ningún sitio AI ya que esto podría comprometer mi obra de arte.
1.7 El uso de NFT está estrictamente prohibido.
1.8 Los infractores serán añadidos a mi lista negra indefinidamente y sin previo aviso.

2. Pago:

2.1 El único método de pago aceptado es PayPal.2.2 Se espera que deposite el 100% del precio por adelantado antes de empezar. No hay excepciones a menos que se discuta lo contrario.2.3 El dibujo no comenzará hasta que se reciba el pago.2.4 Los precios no se reducirán, cualquier intento de regateo será motivo de rechazo del pedido.2.5 Los personajes complejos o muy detallados pueden requerir un aumento del precio base del pedido.2.6 Los precios base de los encargos son por personaje, no por fondo. Si no se ha especificado o pagado un fondo (si se requiere en función de su complejidad), el dibujo se entregará en PNG Transparente o con un fondo de Color Simple.

3. Reembolsos:

3.1 Sólo se hara un reembolso total si el trabajo no se ha iniciado. Si el trabajo se inició pero no se completó, el reembolso será parcial a lo trabajado.3.2 Los errores cometidos por Sugard se corregirán gratuitamente (esto en la fase WIP), independientemente de cuándo se hayan cometido.

4. Uso:

4.1 Sugard retiene los derechos de cada imagen producida, el pago es por la creación de una obra personalizada, no por transferir los derechos de dicha obra.
4.2 El trabajo final podrá ser publicado por Sugard en cualquiera de sus redes sociales o páginas (siempre indicando que dicho dibujo es un encargo), salvo que se especifique lo contrario.- La obra de Sugard no será utilizada para su reventa a través de productos digitales o físicos, a menos que se conceda un permiso o solicitud explícita.4.3 Los dibujos pueden ser publicados en otros sitios web siempre que se de creiditos a Sugard.4.4 Cualquier encargo realizado por Sugard es exclusivamente para uso personal o sin ánimo de lucro, a menos que se discuta lo contrario. El cliente no debe aprovecharse del trabajo realizado sin hablarlo previamente y llegar así a un acuerdo.4.5 Las comisiones de uso comercial no transfieren la autoría de la obra.4.6 El cliente NO está autorizado a cambiar, modificar, editar o utilizar ninguno de mis trabajos no adquiridos sin mi permiso.- Cualquier edición realizada en una de mis obras compradas por usted NO invalida la obligación de dar créditos y enlazar de nuevo a mí.4.7 En el caso de los adoptables o YCH, usted conserva los derechos sobre el diseño del personaje, pero no la autoría de la base de dibujo.

5. Trabajos con limites de tiempo:

5.1 Se reserva el derecho a fijar una fecha límite para su comisión. Este plazo debe comunicarse antes del pago.5.2 Tengo derecho a rechazar un proyecto si el plazo es demasiado corto.5.3 Si se habla de fechas de entrega, también es responsabilidad del cliente garantizar una comunicación rápida. No me responsabilizaré de los retrasos en la entrega si no se responde mientras se espera la respuesta.5.4 No se tolerará ningún acoso sobre mi velocidad de trabajo, independientemente del tiempo transcurrido.5.5 Trabajaré en encargos de forma aleatoria. Esto significa que trabajaré en la pieza en la que me sienta más inspirado o cómodo en ese momento.5.6 Se reserva el derecho a ser notificado de cualquier retraso.
